At Plizor, we always try to provide the best services and products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with a product or if you want a refund for a PUBG tournament entry fee, this policy explains how you can request a refund or return.

We allow refunds or exchanges only if the product is damaged or not working at the time of delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange for Products?

When receiving your package, ask the courier person to open the parcel in front of you.

Record a video while opening the package to show the product’s condition.

If the product is damaged or not working, send the video proof to contact@plizor.com within 24 hours of receiving it.
After verifying the issue, we will refund or exchange the product based on your preference.

The refund process may take 2 to 3 working days after approval.

If a customer misuses the return policy multiple times, we may block them from using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option in future orders.

Refund Policy for PUBG Tournament Entry Fees

If you register for a PUBG tournament and later decide not to play, you can request a refund before the tournament starts.

How to Request a Refund for Tournament Fees?

Send your refund request to contact@plizor.com before the tournament start date.

We will refund 95% of the entry fee.

Refunds will be processed through bank transfer within 2 to 3 working days.

Payment Methods & Refund Process

We offer two payment methods for product purchases:

Bank Transfer
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For refunds, we only process payments via bank transfer. If a product is damaged or not working, the buyer must return it immediately to qualify for a refund or exchange

If a customer repeatedly places COD orders and refuses to accept them, we may block them from future COD purchases.
